Licensed as an Associate Broker in Maine and Salesperson in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Martha Fava began her full-time real estate career in 2017 after a long and successful career as a teacher and Microbiologist. 
Martha went on to live full-time in Maine through Massachusetts and, later, New Hampshire. She grew up vacationing with her family on Moody Beach when she was young, where she developed a love of the seacoast area and has seen many changes in the region over the years. 
18+ years as a life science teacher for 7th-grade students allowed Martha to carry her love of teaching into her real estate career, instructing for the Real Estate Institute of New England and preparing new agents in New Hampshire for careers in Real Estate. 
Her time as a teacher instilled serious negotiation and communication skills essential to a successful real estate relationship. With a positive attitude, Martha works diligently to provide clients with exceptional service throughout the process. Martha is experienced in many phases of the business including buying, selling, investment properties, and working with her network of builders and contractors.
