I have never written a testimonial, but feel honored and privileged to be asked. Roy was my realtor for a major move I recently made from Arizona to Topsham, Maine. He was highly recommended to me by someone I did volunteer work with in AZ and she couldn't have been more spot on. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. I wanted to get out of the AZ heat and had done a lot of online research on +55 communities. As a single retired person the concept and meaning of community being key . Although Roy did not live near the specific area he took a day and came to Topsham, Maine to fully research the area, talk with people in the community and the leadership of the HOA. Roy and I had been working together for several months and he took the time during our discussions to get to know me and understand my needs and requirements for my move across the country. After his visit to the area he even sent me videos taken during his time spent driving through the community and video of the house I was interested in buying. His motivation (yes, I know realtors work on commission) and all the information he had gathered motivated me to come across the country and check it out. Bottom line, I just don't think you can do better. His skillset for this job is tops. Knowledge level, candidness, honesty, relationship building and sincere caring about giving his clients top level service in my opinion, can't be beat.
